College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Inspection Report Comments for Dr. Cory Torgerson's Surgical Facility:
The premise is clean, spacious and bright with access to much natural light. The facility is neat and organized. The premises appears to offer excellent functionality and optimal patient care. The inspectors were impressed by the keen attention to detail by Dr Torgerson, the office manager and nursing staff with respect to the physical environment, equipment, supplies and process. It was apparent that excellent patient outcomes is a major goal of this premises and its staff. Dr Torgerson's clinic has been designed and set-up to facilitate care for facial cosmetic surgery cases. He has invested in top of the line equipment to ensure safety for his patients. His team of nurses and anesthesiologists are experienced and skilled. The facility is well appointed, clean and appears very professionally managed. Patient safety and comfort appear to be one of the top priorities for this facility.

It is with heartfelt thanks that I'm sending you this note to sincerely thank you for your time, compassion and support. I took a big chance walking into your office and I told myself beforehand that your answer would either be a yes or no, but it was worth trying.
You Sir make me believe that there are many wonderful people in the world doing good deeds, and you are certainly one of them. Your genuine sincerity and compassion astounded me. I was without a lot of words (which is unusual for me) and more stunned than anything. The last six months have been very challenging in the employment seeking arena, and you have given my confidence such a boast, one that I so badly needed.
I do not know how I can ever thank you enough ... Wishing you all good things and I look forward to seeing you again

It has been four months since my Blepharoplasty and I just wanted to tell you how thrilled I am with the result. Like many women, I contemplated the procedure for several years. I weighed all the possibilities and even got a second opinion.
What drew me to your practice was my first meeting you at the Anti-Aging Show where I received Botox and filler. However, it was upon seeing your office and facilities and more importantly, your confidence, that solidified my decision. You made me feel safe, not withstanding your board certified credentials.
