The brow lift repositions the brow to create a beautifully arced and younger look. The operation involves the removal of excess skin, and the tightening or partial removal of the select facial muscles responsible for the drop in brow position. It also smoothes the forehead, removes wrinkles between the eyes and to a degree reduces the appearance of skin excess in the upper lids. The three basic types of brow lift surgery are the endoscopic lift (several small incisions) and brow reshaping, the classical or coronal forehead lift (one longer incision), and the limited incision brow lift (one incision on each side behind the hairline in the temple). Recovery time: Sutures out in one week. Swelling and bruising for up to two weeks. Before/After Images
